OUR STORY
Landed grew from the seed of a lifelong passion for horticulture. Our founder, Aaron, has been perfecting lawns since childhood. In his college years, he took the first steps toward translating this lifelong enthusiasm into a career, launching his business journey with nothing more than a truck, 2 mowers, and a dream.
After working in construction management, Aaron returned to his first love: landscaping. As he did, he found himself reignited by a simple yet powerful idea: that every homeowner deserves a slice of outdoor luxury.
While in college, Aaron discovered that his true passion wasn’t just the work itself—it was the people, the relationships, and the joy of transforming outdoor spaces into something that made an extraordinary impact on his clients’ lives.
With this mission driving the business forward, Aaron would transform a modest operation into the Alexandria area’s leader in luxury outdoor living design and construction: Landed.

Our Team
Landed was built from the ground up on a lifelong passion for horticulture and an unwavering belief that outdoor spaces should feel as thoughtfully designed and well-crafted as the homes they surround.
Founder and owner, Aaron Gorski, began perfecting lawns as a child, learning early that great landscapes are rooted in care, precision, and pride. During college, he took his first entrepreneurial leap—launching a small operation with a truck, two mowers, and a clear vision. After gaining valuable experience in construction management, Aaron returned to his first love: landscaping—this time with a deeper understanding of how design, execution, and client experience come together to create true outdoor luxury.
What ultimately drives Landed forward isn’t simply the work—it’s the people. We discovered early on that the most meaningful part of the process was building relationships and transforming outdoor spaces in ways that genuinely elevate our clients’ lives. That philosophy continues to shape everything we do.
Today, Landed is the Alexandria area’s leader in luxury outdoor living design, construction, and landscape maintenance, supported by a highly skilled, in-house team. Our landscape architects and designers collaborate closely with clients to create inspired, buildable outdoor environments that balance beauty, function, and longevity.
From our office, our Client Concierge team supports homeowners with clear communication and accurate, timely client account coordination, ensuring a smooth and professional administrative experience behind every project.
In the field, our Client Account Managers work onsite with homeowners to assess ongoing landscape needs, recommend enhancements, and ensure each property continues to evolve and perform beautifully over time. Our outstanding field personnel, led by experienced field supervisors bring exceptional craftsmanship, consistency, and care to every property we manage.
