This total backyard redesign was a front to back customized project based on the homeowners needs. Landed fixed the grading on this backyard to create a more even, flat surface that provides the perfect space for kids to run around and play. This kind of grading also helps with more efficient water runoff. The custom designed and built flagstone patio transitions into the lush green yard with raised planter beds for definition and style. Around the perimeter of the yard, the trees and bushes provide a comfort and privacy to this family-friendly and party-ready back yard.
In this backyard project, which was a total redesign from front to back, we’ve leveled out and fixed the grading of the yard to make it a prime play area for the kids. This kind of grading significantly helps with water runoff flow as well. The yard and patio are separated by custom designed and built raised brick planter beds and a brick and flagstone staircase leading to the patio. These steps have built-in lighting boxes, which helps to make them safer and adds to the atmosphere of this stunning landscape.
