Our lawn care and maintenance plans are structured service agreements designed to keep your landscape thriving in every season. To ensure consistent, high-quality care, clients select a minimum of three services for their annual maintenance agreement. From there, we develop a customized program tailored to your property’s unique conditions.
Routine Lawn Care
- Consistent weekly mowing performed on a scheduled service day
- Precision trimming around all structures, beds, trees, and hard edges
- Thorough clearing of grass clippings from all hard surfaces after each visit
Landscape Bed Care & Weed Management
- Ongoing bed maintenance included with regular service visits
- Proactive and post-emergent weed control to maintain clean, healthy beds
- Seasonal hand-weeding and detail work as needed
- Shrub pruning performed as appropriate for plant health, form, and growth cycles
Mulching & Bed Preparation
- Professional bed edging for clean, defined lines
- Installation of premium brown shredded hardwood mulch (1 – 2″)
- Removal of debris and preparation of beds prior to mulching
Property Cleanup & Debris Removal
- Removal of leaves, organic debris, and seasonal buildup from lawns and beds
- Cutback of perennials and ornamental grasses to support healthy regrowth
- Debris hauled off or placed curbside in accordance with local service guidelines
Tree & Shrub Pruning
- Selective pruning of ornamental trees and shrubs
- Removal of dead, damaged, or crossing limbs
- Structural pruning to promote long-term health, safety, and aesthetic form
Turf Health Services
- Core aeration to relieve soil compaction and improve root development
- Overseeding to increase turf density and overall lawn resilience
- Services scheduled at optimal times for long-term turf performance
